The Crossfit Open

One thing that seems to be a common theme every year when the Crossfit Open starts, is the pure damage people do to their hands. We've all seen those posts. People will do pull ups (or another movement) so many times for one of the open workouts that it will lead to what is commonly called "flappers"; when you rip the calluses off your hands.
And sure enough, 20.2 brought out the flappers. The 20 minute As Many Rounds as Possible (AMRAP) workout of 4 dumbbell thrusters, 6 toes-to-bar, and 24 double-unders was enough to cause @luzmarfer11 to get a solid case of flappers.
We know flappers are going to happen during the Crossfit Games. It's relatively unavoidable. But what you can do is soothe those flappers and help them heal faster with our Antiseptic Healing Ointment.
